Please note that assessments must be cancelled or rescheduled with as much notice as possible so that others have a chance to use the time. Services cancelled, missed, or rescheduled with less than 10 business days notice will be subject to billing at 60% of the expected price of the service. Same-day no shows or cancellations may be subject to billing at 100% of the expected price of the service.
